WELCOME
Hello, we are Andrew and Jennifer Yoder. We have developed a creative writing curriculum to meet a need in our Christian schools and homes. We currently live in central Ohio, near Killbuck. After 8 years of teaching, Andrew is no longer in that role of education but maintains his interest in education through other opportunities. His little spare time is spent on regenerative agriculture interests, raising Cavapoo puppies, and building contraptions with his son. Jennifer is a stay-at-home mom of three children and has interests in gardening, afternoon tea times, and of course, writing. Together we want to glorify God in every area of our lives, but also hope to make your creative writing teaching a little bit easier. As teachers we have seen that the field of arts is limited in resources. It can be draining for teachers to constantly be coming up with the next writing idea, art lesson, or music project. Often what happens then is that it gets neglected or simplified to the extent that students are not inspired to pursue it. There are teachers out there who have successfully produced materials for these needs. Part of our goal with Creative Word Studio is to make quality resources available to you for your writing, art, and music classes.
